All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. All products are described in detail to help you make an informed decision. Color shades may appear differently based on lighting, screen resolution, and skin tone  these variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged product due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at shebelievescosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage for review.
